REGISTRATION

Q: How to register for HSK and HSKK test at Nanjing University Test Center?

A: Test takers may log in to www.chinesetest.cn and check our test plan after choosing NJU test center in the system. Online registration is the only way for test registration.

The deadline for registration will be 30 days before the test date for paper test, and 10 days before for IBT test.


Q: I would like to register for IBT test. I can’t pay before the deadline. WHY?

A: There are 70 places for IBT test at NJU test center. If the number of applicants is full, the fee will not be paid. If this happens, please contact us for advice.

AFTER REGISTRAION

Q: I find there is an error in my registration information and want to modify it. What should I do?

A: Before the registration deadline, you can log in the HSK test service website, www.chinesetest.cn, by inputting your user name and password. Then on the "Personal Center" page, edit your registration information in the "Test Record" option. The registration-related modification is limited to your personal information only and your test level and testing center cannot be modified. If it’s later than the registration deadline, You could send email to us with your application for modificationwe will update it for you in the system. You could also tell the teacher at NJU center on test date. We will report your application to CTI in the system.


Q: After the completion of registration, can I change the test center/test level?

A: If the test fee has not been paid, you can cancel your registration before its deadline and re-register for a new test center/test level. If the payment has been completed, you cannot change the test center/test level.


Q: After the completion of registration, can I change the test date

A:Test takers can apply to change the test date within the stipulated time, but cannot cancel the registered test; neither can the registered test center nor test level be changed.

To change the test date, test takers need to log into the Chinese testing service website (www.chinesetest.cn) and enter the Personal Center to make an application. The new test date shall be the one at the same level and test center in the same year.

Deadline and charges for changing the test date are as follows:

 27 days before the test (including the 27th day): test takers can change the test date for free.

 After 27 days but 10 days before the test (including the 10th day): test takers need to pay an amount equal to 30% of the test fee before they can apply for the change during this period.

 Within 10 days before the test (excluding the 10th day): No application for changes of this kind will be accepted.

For test takers to take the internet-based test, the valid period for changing the test date for free is 27 days before the test, and other relevant rules are the same with the paper-based test.

Date changing can be applied ONCE for each registration.


Q: When could I print my test ticketAnd How can I get it

A: You could check and print your test ticket one week before test date. You may log into www.chinesetest.cn, by inputting the user name and password, and then print your ticket on the "Personal Center" page.


 Q: I’ve tried to print my ticketbut always failed. What could I do

A: You may be required to install active X when do the printing. If failed after you triedplease send us email.


GOING TO TAKE THE TEST

Q: Where is the location of NJU test center

A: Our center is located on Gulou Campus of NJU, with the address ofZeng Xianzi Building, 18 Jinyin Street, Shanghai Road, Gulou District, Nanjing city, Jiangsu Provincejust 5-minute walk from Yunnan Road Station of Metro Line 4. You could check the detailed Room number on your test admission ticket.


Q: When will my test start

A: HSK 4 &6 will start from 9 am and HSK 3&5 will start from 13:30 , HSKK starts from 16:30. Time information could also be seen on your test admission ticket.


Q: What do I need to prepare for the test

A: Please bring your printed test ticket and your passport with you(the original ID when registering). During the pandemicHealth Codetrip card and masks will also be required.

 * Please strictly follow the quarantine regulations and provide additional materials as required by the test center.


Q: I am a teenage with no health code or mobile phoneHow could I enter your building

A: Please send us email to explain your situation, attached with the Health code and trip card of one of your parents.

We will soon response to you. The mail could be valid just as health code and trip card when you enter our building on test day.


AFTER THE TEST

Q: How can I view my test score?

A: Two weeks after IBT test, and one month after the paper-based test, you can visit the HSK test service website, www.chinesetest.cn. Input the number of your Admission Ticket and name in the "Score” field on the home page, and then you can view your test score. Please note that the information you input must match that on the Admission Ticket.


Q: How to get my report

A: Fill in the mailing information and pay the fee at the time of registration. The test report will be sent directly by Chinese Testing International.


Q: I lost my report. Can I apply for another copy

A: You can log in to www.chinesetest.cn and apply for the additional score report online at your "Personal Center" and pay a fee. Chinese Testing International will mail the score report to your designated address.

Applications for additional grade reporting services are valid for up to two years from the date of the examination.


Q: How to apply for invoice?

A: You may apply in the system of Chinese test. If you have any questions, you can consult Chinese Testing International.


Q: How can I change my personal information that is found to be incorrect after I’ve received the report of test score?

A: If you, after receiving the report of test score, find such information as your name, nationality and gender is incorrect, you can log in the HSK test service website, www.chinesetest.cn, opt to apply for duplicates of the HSK score report on the “Personal Center" page, edit the item(s) that needs to be modified, and upload a copy of your relevant identification (passport or identity card). After the modification has passed the review by the CTI, you need to pay a certain fee before the CTI sends a remade test score report to your designated address.
