南京大学人工智能学院于2018年3月5日下文、5月20日挂牌，是我国C9高校中首个人工智能学院，致力于建设人工智能领域国际一流学术重镇和拔尖创新人才培养基地。学院成立六年来取得了长足发展，建设了一支由世界级专家领衔、青年学者蓬勃成长、具有国际影响力的高水平教师队伍，并在前沿科技研究、国家重大工程、产学研协同创新方面不断取得重要进展。
南京大学人工智能学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事人工智能各主要研究方向的优秀人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘岗位为准聘副教授、准聘助理教授，岗位总数不超过5人，特别优秀的高层次人才岗位可另议。研究方向包括：（1）人工智能基础理论；（2）人工智能模型算法；（3）人工智能应用技术；（4）人工智能系统平台。
（1）遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；
（2）具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；
（3）一流的学术背景：入职时需具有国内外一流大学的人工智能、计算机科学与技术或其他相关学科的博士学位，具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验，熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态；
（4）出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任人工智能专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；
（5）突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有原创性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。

The School of Artificial Intelligence of Nanjing University was founded on May 20, 2018 and it is known as the first school of artificial intelligence among the C9 universities in China. It is committed to building a world-class academic center in the field of artificial intelligence and a top-notch training base for innovative talents. The school has achieved promising success since its establishment. The faculty members consist of world-class experts, senior researchers with impact on international research communities, and a group of rising young scholars. By the efforts made by every faculty members, the school is sailing in cutting-edge scientific and technological research, and collaborative innovation between academia, industry, and research.
Current openings (up to 5) are mainly tenure-track assistant professors and tenure-track associate professors. The applicants from high-level talents with exceptionally outstanding records are also accepted and the positions will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Research interests include：(1) Theoretical Foundations of AI；(2) Advanced Models and algorithms of AI；(3) Techniques of AI Applications；(4) AI systems and platforms.
The applicant should
1.abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
2.abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
3.have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD degree in artificial intelligence, computer science or a related area, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research fields;
4.have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the Artificial Intelligence discipline,and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
5.demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
